PublishWise is a self-publishing support company. We do not publish books under our own imprint and we do not acquire publishing rights. Authors retain full ownership of their work and receive book royalties directly from Amazon KDP.

Our services include:

• Editing (proofreading and copyediting)
• Manuscript formatting
• Cover design
• Amazon KDP publishing guidance
• Book launch planning
• Downloadable publishing workbooks and digital resources

PublishWise is not a traditional publisher, publishing imprint, or literary agent. We do not purchase publishing rights, own client manuscripts, take ownership of client books, or receive royalties from client book sales.

The author retains full ownership of:

• Manuscripts
• Copyright
• Intellectual property
• Publishing rights
• Book royalties
• Future use of their content

PublishWise does not claim ownership of any author's written work. By working with PublishWise, you authorize us only to provide the requested services necessary to prepare and support the publication of your book.

PublishWise provides self-publishing support services to help authors independently publish through Amazon KDP. We do not publish under our own imprint and do not acquire rights or royalties.

Services include:

• Formatting: interior manuscript formatting for print and eBook
• Cover design
• Amazon KDP publishing guidance and upload assistance
• Book launch planning
• Downloadable publishing workbooks and digital resources

PublishWise reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

To ensure successful completion of your project, you agree to provide:

• Accurate manuscript files
• Correct author information
• Required images and assets
• Timely approvals and feedback
• Necessary publishing information

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use all submitted content, that your manuscript does not violate copyright laws, and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of others.

PublishWise is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client.

Estimated completion timelines depend on:

• Manuscript length
• Service selection
• Revision requests
• Client response time
• Project complexity

PublishWise will provide an estimated timeline after reviewing your project requirements. Timelines may change due to client delays, additional revisions, changes to project scope, or third-party platform processing times.

The PublishWise Publishing Roadmap™ Workbook (our $29 digital workbook) is the only product sold through online checkout on this website. Workbook purchases are processed by Whop, our third-party checkout provider. Whop is the Merchant of Record for all Workbook orders. Whop provides the checkout experience and handles payment processing, billing support, and returns for those orders.

Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics for Workbook purchases are governed by Whop's terms and policies, together with our own Refund Policy.

All other offerings — including our Book Publishing Package, All-In Publishing Bundle, Book Launch Strategy Package, and à la carte services — are custom services. Pricing and payment for those services are handled directly between PublishWise and the client after a custom proposal is issued, and are processed through a separate payment processor chosen by PublishWise (not Whop).

Unless otherwise stated:

• Work on custom services begins after payment confirmation.
• Projects are scheduled based on availability.
• Additional services require additional payment approval.
• PublishWise reserves the right to pause work if payments are overdue.

PublishWise values client feedback and collaboration. Services include reasonable revisions based on the original project scope.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving:

• Manuscript edits
• Cover designs
• Formatting
• Publishing information
• Marketing materials

Once final approval has been provided, additional changes may require additional fees.

PublishWise provides Amazon KDP publishing assistance. However, Amazon KDP is an independent platform controlled by Amazon.

PublishWise does not guarantee Amazon approval, book rankings, bestseller status, sales volume, reviews, income, or reader response. Amazon determines publishing approval, search rankings, categories, visibility, and royalty payments. PublishWise provides guidance and support but cannot control Amazon's platform decisions.

Publishing success depends on many factors, including book quality, market demand, reader interest, competition, marketing efforts, and author involvement. PublishWise does not guarantee specific financial results, sales numbers, rankings, or business outcomes.

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide, including manuscripts, images, logos, and brand materials.

PublishWise Materials

PublishWise retains ownership of website content, templates, workflows, processes, educational materials, and branding. Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce PublishWise proprietary materials without written permission.

PublishWise respects client confidentiality. We will not share unpublished manuscripts or private client materials without permission, except when required by law or necessary to complete contracted services.

PublishWise may assist clients with third-party platforms, including Amazon KDP, design software, payment processors, and marketing platforms. PublishWise is not responsible for changes, interruptions, policies, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on digital products purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Because Whop is our Merchant of Record for the Workbook, refunds are processed by Whop. To request a refund, visit whop.com and access your order history, or contact us at info@getpublishwiselive.com and we will help you through Whop. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Refunds for custom, done-for-you services (for example, editing, cover design, formatting, or launch packages) are also governed by the individual service agreement you sign for that project.

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting PublishWise. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Any completed work, time invested, or third-party expenses incurred before cancellation remain payable.

PublishWise provides professional services but does not guarantee specific publishing outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublishWise is not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, platform changes, market conditions, publishing delays, or reader response. PublishWise's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service purchased.

By accessing our website, you agree not to copy website materials without permission, misuse website content, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. PublishWise reserves the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

PublishWise may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on PublishWise's registered business location. Any disputes shall be resolved according to applicable legal procedures.
