How to Request a Refund
Workbook purchases on our website are processed by our third-party checkout provider and Merchant of Record, Whop. Refunds are handled by Whop.
To request a refund, please do one of the following:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
Custom Services
Refunds for custom, done-for-you publishing services (for example, editing, cover design, formatting, or launch packages) are governed by the individual service agreement you sign for that project.
